Where can I buy your ebooks?
Each guide has its own page, and that's where you buy it. If you're looking for a particular one or lost your link, write to us and we'll help.
How do I receive my purchase?
Once the payment is confirmed, you see the download page. We also send you an email with the link, which usually arrives within a few minutes. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.
What if the guide isn't right for me?
You have 30 days from your purchase to ask for a refund. Write to support@rimeka.com and we'll return the full amount to the card or account you paid with.
Do I need a special app or device?
No. Our guides are PDF files that open on any phone, tablet or computer. If you prefer paper, you can print them.
Can I share the file?
The guide is for your personal use. You can print it as many times as you want, but you can't resell it or share the file online.
Can I get an invoice?
You receive a payment receipt by email. If you need an invoice with your details, ask for it at support@rimeka.com.
